Delivery Policy

Following receipt of your project agreement, the services will be provided to you according to the contract conditions for the infrastructure services you purchased.

The nature of the project scope, your prompt and accurate completion of your obligations regarding project execution, regulatory approvals, and the date of contract execution may all impact service delivery timelines.

Upon completion of the contracted services, the project deliverables will be considered effectively supplied to you.

Should the contract be canceled before project completion, the terms of the agreement will determine if you are entitled to a full, partial, or no refund and how the contract may be terminated.

Payment Policy

NAC shall invoice clients monthly, in advance for ongoing services.

If clients do not pay invoices when due, NAC reserves the right to suspend services immediately without prior notice.

All charges quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, which NAC shall add to invoices at the appropriate rate.

Additional work requested by the client outside the original project scope will be invoiced separately at current NAC rates.

All charges in quotations are estimates subject to final confirmation of technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

NAC may review and increase standard rates with appropriate written notice. Clients may terminate the contract with written notice if rate increases are unacceptable.

For late payments, NAC may charge interest from the due date and suspend all services until payment is made in full.

Time for payment shall be of the essence of the contract.

Refunds Policy

A full refund will be made if you cancel our services within 5 business days of contract execution and before any work has commenced.

After work commencement, refunds will be calculated based on work completed, resources allocated, and project milestone achievements.

Service cancellation requests must be made before the commencement of the next project phase.

If contracted services are not utilized, you may be entitled to a partial refund based on work not performed.

Refund amounts will be credited to the original payment method within 14-21 business days of approved cancellation.

Consumer Data Safety Measures

We respect your privacy rights and do not share your contact information with unauthorized third parties. All client information is kept confidential and used solely to understand project requirements and improve our services. We follow industry-standard data protection protocols.

NAC does not authorize representatives to collect sensitive financial information. We advise clients not to share confidential information beyond project requirements. Any such sharing is at your own risk, and NAC shall not be liable for misuse.

Non-disclosure Agreements (NDA)

Project work may be handled by various team members and subcontractors for quality delivery. Without a signed NDA, completed projects may be used for promotional purposes by NAC to demonstrate capabilities to prospective clients.

NDAs can be executed upon request depending on project scope and confidentiality requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our website, including logos, graphics, images, and project documentation, are the property of NAC and protected by copyright laws, unless exclusively transferred to the client upon project completion per contractual agreement. You may not use or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

We make no guarantees regarding specific project outcomes or regulatory approval timelines. Infrastructure development involves complex variables including permitting, environmental factors, and regulatory compliance. We will work diligently to meet project specifications and requirements, but cannot guarantee specific completion dates or approval outcomes. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall NAC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services, except as specifically outlined in executed project agreements.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
